Evelyn and Sierra Hairston are Mother and Daughter content creators, health advocates, volunteers, and greeting cards writers from North Carolina. They started a small greeting card business called Timely Fountain in June 2018, inspired by Sierra's journey of being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in April 2016. Evelyn encouraged Sierra to begin journaling to start her healing process

Sierra Hairston is a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) advocate, content creator, writer, author, and passionate community volunteer. She believes in the power of serving and giving back to the community through acts of service and advocating for programs and services to help people's overall well-being. She is known in the online community for educating and motivating people living with or without MS to be their best selves through sharing her wellness journey. Sierra holds a master's degree in social work and has five years experience in various caseworker and clinical social work roles. Several organizations have recognized Sierra and her mother, a registered nurse, locally and nationally through their business Timely Fountain for their advocacy work and community service.
